From there, we guide you through feasibility and design, turning your loose ideas into a concrete, buildable plan before we even swing a single hammer.

We believe true luxury includes peace of mind. That’s why we invest heavily in the Pre-Construction Phase. By selecting materials, finalizing designs, and walking the site with our trade partners before we start, we can provide you with a detailed, fixed-price proposal. We don’t like surprises either. If you decide to add something new along the way, we’ll discuss the cost and get your approval in writing before we move forward—so you are always in the driver’s seat of your investment.

We can meet you wherever you are! As a design-led remodeling firm, Buildwerks can handle every detail in-house, from the initial creative sketches to the final installation of fixtures. Our one team approach means you don’t have to play referee between a designer and a builder. If you already have an architect or designer you love, we are happy to collaborate with them to bring that vision to life with our construction expertise.
